What Was the Secret Inspiration Behind the 2012 Contraband Days Poster? [VIDEO]

Lake Charles artist Candice Alexander designed this year’s Contraband Days commemorative poster, joining a long list of artists who have represented the festival. But this year’s poster had a special inspiration. A bit of Hollywood has crept into Alexander’s art. From which movie did Alexander draw her inspiration? Bet you can’t guess it!
It’s not uncommon to see posters from years past in Lake Area businesses, and collecting them is kind of a side hobby of some of the festival’s enthusiasts. Make sure you grab one when you hit Contraband Days May 1-13, 2012. Check out the list of this year’s entertainers.
