The first photos of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords since she was shot in the head in a mass shooting in Tucson about five months ago were released early this morning (Sunday). I am shocked at how good she actually looks!
The photos happened to be on her Facebook page. Not the way we remember her before the accident, but she looks to be recovering very nicely!

It is amazing how fast and well Rep. Gabrielle Giffords is recovering. There are people with the same condition that can't even do the simple things much less respond and talk very quickly! Although she has a long way to go, she is very lucky and strong.
The story just gets deeper and deeper. There is an update on Mrs. Giffords! She is now able to breath on her own. The state of Arizona is wasting no time in bringing alleged killer Jared Lee Loughlin to justice: after Saturday's shocking shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords (who remains in critical condition but is able to communicate) and nine others, charges were quickly filed on Sunday afternoon and he'll appear in court on Monday. UPDATE: Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords is in critical condition after an emergency surgery after the shooting. Although she is surviving this event, if she continues to pull through, it will take a long time for recovery. We will keep you updated! She is in our prayers here at KISSFM.
