“Let’s Boot ‘N Rally” for the New TrueBlood Episode!
Can TrueBlood be anything but awesome? Nope!
That opening scene was hilarious! I had a feeling Sookie and Alcide wouldn’t get to go “all the way” with Eric and Bill around. But man, vomiting at poor Alcide’s feet was not what I had in mind! Alcide looks ah-mazing without his shirt on so that was nice! Sookie had a big revelation and slight breakdown when she realized her life probably will never go back to normal. I love how she now stands her ground with her vampire men and doesn’t sit in the back anymore. When they found Russell and prepared to kill him I was expecting a huge throw down but of course, they went straight to the end credits!
I wonder in Nora really did release Russell and if so, what will happen with him now? The Authority seems to slowly starting to crack and I wonder what would happen if an uprising happened between the powers?
What is going on with Lafayette? Is that the magic that was inside of Jesus now possessing him and he can’t control it? After what he did to Sookie’s car he needs someone to help him figure out what’s going on. I honestly don’t know what to think about Jesus’ head laying around with his lips sewn shut.
Once again the Terry story line is a little…weird. This “Ifrit” curse is a different aspect for things to go but it shows that there is more out there in that world besides vampires and werewolves. I just wonder how this is all going to tie into the rest of the story.
Jason and Andy both waking up naked was pretty hilarious. How exactly did they make it home and are the fairy people mad at them? Jason’s dream with his parents and little Sookie was very disturbing and sad at the same time I wasn’t sure what to think about that.
Tara looked smokin’ at Fangtasia but of course she tried to be a little rebel and got put back in her place by Pam. I loved seeing Tara and Jessica interact together it seemed almost sweet and kind, maybe it will help Tara if she reaches out to another younger vampire who can relate to her more. She seemed kind of like old Tara again and I miss Tara. I was never aware that vampires could or did smoke but that was an interesting scene. But Jessica did not like Tara feeding on Hoyt which is not too weird considering they had been in love at one point, but does she still have feelings for him?
I feel like Hoyt is starting to just spiral out of control and doesn’t know how to stop. He misses Jessica so much and is willing to just become a fangbanger to maybe get back at her. I just wonder if it will end badly for him or if he can grow from it.
Poor Sam, his close shifter friends turn up dead on him. He tells Andy that they were shifters together and ran together, which was a nice honest thing for Sam to admit to Andy and I really liked it. I need to know ASAP who those people were that shot Sam and Luna, and if Luna is dead or not? I don’t like that people are out there killing the shifter people.
There was a special peek for next week’s episode and it showed Sookie maybe being bit my Russell, some vampire being killed in front of Hoyt by those vampire/shifter hunters, Eric back at the Authority with Nora, some type of fairy light fight, and Andy investigating into these hunter people. Also it appears they get Russell to the Authority finally, but what will happen?! I must say next week’s episode looks like it is going to be the best so far!
