Is Jerry Sandusky’s Sentence Harsh Enough? — Sports Survey of the Day

Almost a year later, we finally have a sentence for former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky. But does it go far enough for the crimes he committed?Sanduskey received 30-60 years behind bars for his involvement in the child sex-abuse scandal, and many people are upset that the sentence wasn’t a bit more harsh. At 68 years old, 30-60 years is basically a life sentence, which would seem to be as harsh a penalty as he could get (excluding the death penalty, which is not an option in this type of case). Chances are he won’t be let out on good behavior, so has justice been served for the victims?
