After Alabama beat LSU 21-0 in the National Championship, tons of fans flooded Bourbon Street in New Orleans to celebrate.
One LSU fan who was passed out at a restaurant in New Orleans was captured on video being hazed and abused by Alabama fans. The Alabama fans seen in the video put trash on the passed out fan and one fan in particular then rubs his genitals on the unknowing fan.

It seems that shows about Louisiana hunters and fisherman are getting huge ratings these days with the success of a little show you may have heard of “Swamp People” which is on the History Channel. Now the Discovery Channel is looking to get in on the act with a new show called “Ragin’ Cajuns”.
It is a show about Louisiana shrimpers from Venice Louisiana set to air tonight January 17th at 9 p.m.

I went by the intersection today around 3 p.m. and saw the workers removing the detour signs.

Yesterday, it was reported that a homicide had occurred in South Lake Charles at 5763 California Trail. It was reported that the victim was a 62-year-old male.
Now the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that an arrest has been made in the crime and the subject turns out to be the victim's wife!

Head coach of the LSU Tigers football program, Les Miles, has been named the 2011 Associated Press Coach of the Year.
Les received 30 of the 56 votes to win the honor. Bill Snyder of Kansas State was second with 16, Mike Gundy of Oklahoma State was third with six.
Miles has led the LSU Tigers to a 13-0 record and a berth in the national championship game on January 9th in New Orleans against Alabama.
Drew Brees On Sesame Street [VIDEO]
The quarter back of the New Orleans Saints, Drew Brees, made an appearance on Sesame Street last week with Elmo. Drew and Elmo were talking to kids on the topic of measuring.
